We have been in existence 73 years. Dr. Oscar Brilliant started this practice in 1950. He and his wife raised their children while running this office and eventually passed the business along to one of their daughters Dr. Jo Anne Brilliant. She was able to continue the legacy for 43 years.

Since Dr. Jo Brilliant’s retirement in September of 2023, she passed the torch to Dr. Andrew Servinsky, her business partner of 19 years, and his wife Dr. Maria Servinsky to continue serving the Annapolis and surrounding areas with outstanding eyecare. They have the knowledge and desire to provide the community with the latest in optometric care for many years to come.
